Professional Experience
Tony has worked as a trial lawyer primarily in defense of civil cases throughout
his career of approximately 15 years. He has represented Celotex Corporation,
Raymark Industries, and W.R. Grace in asbestos cases and ABM Industries,
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Amtech Elevator Company
in over 100 personal injury cases. Tony has participated in over 40 civil jury
trials. Since joining the firm, Tony has devoted the majority of his practice
to medical malpractice defense. Tony has participated in or tried as lead
counsel over 20 medical malpractice cases. He has also acted as appellate
counsel in several successful appeals involving medical malpractice actions.
Tony enjoys a high reputation for preparedness and professionalism.
