Professional Experience
Ron has defended health care providers in medical malpractice cases since 1983, developing an outstanding reputation in the field of medical malpractice defense. Ron has represented over 500 health care providers and has tried over 60 medical malpractice jury trials. Ron has represented health care providers insured by Medical Mutual Liability Insurance Society of Maryland since 1983 and by Johns Hopkins Medicine since 1989.
According to an internal survey by Medical Mutual a few years ago, Ron’s firm had the highest winning percentage at trial of the defense firms it utilizes.
