Professional Experience
Tom was a criminal prosecutor in Dade County, Florida, and Baltimore County,
Maryland, for several years before entering private practice. Since entering
private practice, Tom has worked both in criminal and civil litigation. Tom
has tried over 1,000 criminal and civil cases, including over 200 jury trials,
and has been recognized as one of the premier trial lawyers in Baltimore. Tom
has also represented hundreds of teachers in criminal cases through the Maryland
State Teachers Association since 1980. Since merging his practice with Ron’s,
Tom has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to defending health care
providers in malpractice cases and disciplinary proceedings.
